The core team
Kelly is a business-minded HR specialist and organizational psychologist. She is focused on performance and is passionate about recruiting the right people then maximizing their potential and helping them to pass on their skills. Kelly works with senior level people on developmental issues such as leadership, succession planning and motivating staff to prepare for transitional change.
She has more than 20 years' specialist experience in assessment, organizational development and executive coaching, covering the financial and professional services sectors. Kelly holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology and is qualified to administer a range of psychometric tests that are used in a number of different areas including team-building, corporate culture change and to help understand the learning styles and barriers to success of coaching clients.
Change creates challenge and opportunities for people and for organizations alike. But without the commitment and skills of specialist teams a project remains just that: a project. Often it is the harnessing of creativity and turning it into action that a good idea becomes a business core activity. Targeted development of talented individuals to ensure they have the tools to carry out the change programme: collaboration, leadership, communication, channelled creativity, will ensure the best chance of success for a critical project. Kelly works with companies and senior management teams to identify business objectives and then works with individuals to find the best way of achieving them.
